One row per published figure: the figure as the source's own page publishes it, the page, and the day it was read. A figure that is not on a page we read is not on this one.

Read in full, publishes no figure

23 named sources were read in full on the dates shown and print no usable figure. They are counted, never filled in.

Methodology

Every row is a verbatim sentence read from the named source's own page through our fetch service on the date shown, hash-pinned to the stored read (the sha of the page's visible text; the raw page is mirrored to R2).

6 of the 29 named sources that could be read published a usable figure; 23 published none and are recorded as not published, never filled in; 1 could not be read (blocked, dead or unreachable) and count nowhere.

The headline figures (median, minimum, maximum, quartiles) are over ONE figure per source for each breakdown it prices, in GBP (a source's median where its page yielded several accepted sentences for one breakdown), so a page that gives figures for several breakdowns gives one for each and N counts 6 figures, never sentences; 132 candidate sentence(s) were refused by a reviewer with the reason recorded.

The fuller derivation this dataset is chartered to grow into (not yet what the figures above are; they are each source's own published figure as read): one row per jurisdiction per scheme per capacity band, each term quoted verbatim from the authority with its effective date and its capacity ceiling - which is the axis the market gets wrong, because the £7,500 headline stops at 45kWth while this buyer's plant does not.

The figure is the CLIFF: for a given kW and jurisdiction, what is available, what is not, and what the next route pays instead (PSDS, IETF, the Welsh 90%/10% split, the Scottish loan and cashback, the Northern Irish capital grant, the capital allowance).

Beside it, the statutory cost of ownership: the Climate Change Levy rate per commodity (and the Climate Change Agreement discount), the F-gas leak-check duty, and the certification the installer must hold; changed-since each read, which is the news when a rate year turns or a scheme phase closes

132 candidate sentences on these pages were refused by a reviewer; each refusal and its reason is recorded in the review ledger.
